Glue green Floral Arranger to bottom of wooden bowl. 2.) Insert dowel in center of bowl, glue to secure. 3.) Insert dowel in center of styrofoam ball, glue to secure. 4.) Glue pieces of Spanish Moss on styrofoam ball. Cover completely. 5.) Take strands of moss, wrap and glue around dowel. Cover Floral Arranger with moss. 6.)
